We ask that you book through our website. Choose your rental on our booking page, and book as early as possible, especially for weekends. If you have questions first, you are welcome to call us at (321) 340-0799 or (407) 988-6530.

A 10% deposit holds your date, and the remaining balance is due no later than the day of the rental. We accept card payments through Stripe or Square. If you would like to pay the remaining balance in cash, please get our approval beforehand. Approved cash payments are due at setup.

Payments and deposits are non-refundable. In cases of severe weather or circumstances approved by Faith & Fun Jump Co., rental credits or rescheduling may be offered at our sole discretion.

For safety, inflatables must not be used during rain, lightning, thunderstorms or high winds, and we may delay or suspend a rental if conditions are unsafe. Rental credits or rescheduling may be offered at our sole discretion.

A responsible adult age 18 or older must supervise at all times. No shoes, jewelry or sharp objects on the inflatable. Group kids by similar age and size, and never exceed the occupancy limit.
